Body Contouring

Body contouring refers to the reshaping of individual body regions to improve proportions and contours. The aim is not overall weight loss, but rather the modelling and tightening of defined areas such as the hips, waist, abdomen, buttocks, breasts, or thighs. To achieve this, we combine methods such as liposuction, autologous fat transfer, and tissue-tightening techniques (e.g. Quantum Body, Morpheus 8, needling, or biostimulators such as Sculptra). The treatment goal is a harmonious silhouette. Individual anatomy, skin quality, elasticity, skin density and thickness, and tissue tension are all taken into account. A frequently requested treatment is body contouring with autologous fat. By combining fat harvesting with fat transfer, transitions and contours can be refined without distorting the natural anatomy. Particularly in slender patients with localised irregularities such as hip dips or flat gluteal contours, autologous fat enables differentiated shaping that integrates organically into the existing tissue. At the same time, this treatment can positively influence the structure and elasticity of the skin, achieving not only volumetric enhancement but also a qualitative improvement in tissue quality.
