Your surgery step by step
Planning:
In a personal consultation, we discuss the appropriate implant placement (in front of or behind the pectoral muscle), the optimal size and shape of the implants (round or anatomical), as well as alternative methods such as
breast augmentation
with
autologous fat
.
Surgery:
The procedure takes approximately 1–2 hours under general anaesthesia. Modern techniques ensure discreet scarring. The implants are placed through a small incision in the inframammary fold.
Recovery:
You will spend one night at our partner private clinic with 24/7 care. Your recovery is closely monitored, and you will wear a specialist support bra for at least 6 weeks.
Scar treatment (optional):
Specialist scar treatments (e.g. laser) can be used to optimise the result where appropriate.
