Quantum RF Face: For youthful skin and defined contours – without surgery

Quantum RF is one of the most advanced and, at the same time, most effective radiofrequency treatments available. It is based on intensive radiofrequency energy delivered via specialist applicators that act directly within the tissue, stimulating skin renewal from within. The treatment is performed under local anaesthesia and without incisions. At our private practice in Düsseldorf we offer both Quantum procedures: Quantum RF 10 (Face) and Quantum 25 (Body).

Depending on the current condition of the skin, Quantum Face is a minimally invasive alternative to surgical face lifts. The greatest advantage lies in the shorter recovery time – no scalpel is required. Through controlled stimulation of collagen production, results are natural and progressive: the complexion improves over the long term, without the face appearing over-corrected or unnatural.

The treatment typically takes between 60 and 90 minutes. As it is performed on an outpatient basis at our practice in Düsseldorf, patients can resume their normal activities immediately afterwards.

Please take care of the treated skin areas and avoid any irritation. Also avoid direct sun exposure, sauna, sunbeds, and steam baths for at least two weeks. We recommend supporting the skin with moisturising and soothing skincare products and avoiding any ingredients that may irritate the skin. Where possible, refraining from make-up for one to two days is beneficial.

Immediately after the treatment, you should avoid strenuous physical activity for approximately five to seven days. This helps prevent excessive blood flow to the area and reduces the risk of swelling.

You will typically notice the first effects immediately after the treatment. These continue to improve over the following 3–6 months as the skin continuously forms new collagen and elastin fibres while simultaneously tightening. Results can last up to three years. Factors such as skin type, individual lifestyle, and skincare routine all influence longevity, as do significant changes in weight. We recommend regular top-up treatments to maintain the effect for as long as possible.

As with any aesthetic treatment, mild side effects may occur. Common reactions include slight swelling or a feeling of tightness, which subsides within a few days. In rare cases, minor bruising may occur, but this also resolves quickly. This is a minimally invasive and very safe method; complications are uncommon.

This treatment is particularly suited to those who experience mild to moderate facial skin laxity and wish to achieve non-surgical skin rejuvenation. Quantum RF 10 (Face) is also an effective option for skin tightening following significant weight loss – for example, for treating Ozempic face in combination with polynucleotides, nanofat, or the One Stitch Facelift. It is equally suitable for those who wish to take a preventive approach to skin ageing and wish to avoid longer periods of downtime.

This is very much possible and, depending on the skin condition and desired outcome, often advisable. Every skin and every situation is different and requires its own individual treatment for optimal results. It also works well after fat-dissolving injections or in combination with FaceTite.
