AccuTite: Skin tightening & contouring without surgery

AccuTite: Skin tightening & contouring without surgery

Initial improvements are often visible within a few days. Skin tightening and contour enhancement continue to develop over the following months as collagen production is further stimulated. The final result becomes apparent after 3 to 5 months and, with an appropriate lifestyle, can last for several years.

At a glance

  • Duration: 30–60 minutes per treatment area
  • Anaesthesia: Local anaesthesia
  • Further treatments: As a rule, one session is sufficient
  • Presentability: After 1–2 days
  • Exercise: Possible again after approx. 1 week

How does AccuTite work?

AccuTite is based on radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL). Our specialist physicians insert a fine probe beneath the skin, through which radiofrequency energy is delivered in a targeted and controlled manner. The energy heats the tissue: fat cells are liquefied and naturally metabolised by the body. At the same time, the heat stimulates collagen production – the key to natural skin tightening.

Advantages

  • Precision: Ideal for specific areas such as malar bags in the cheekbone region
  • Minimally invasive: No scalpel, no visible scarring, rapid recovery.
  • Dual effect: Simultaneous fat reduction and skin tightening.
  • Safety: Controlled heating with real-time temperature monitoring.

Treatment area: Malar bags

AccuTite is ideal for smaller facial and body regions that require precise, targeted treatment:

Treatment process

1. Preparation & anaesthesia

The minor treatment is entirely pain-free, thanks to a well-tolerated local anaesthetic. We guide you through every step before and during the treatment, so you can begin and enjoy the experience in complete comfort and relaxation.

2. Treatment

Radiofrequency energy is delivered precisely into the tissue via a fine, narrow probe. Our patients describe a gentle sensation of warmth, which is quite comparable to a soothing massage. Depending on the area being treated, the session takes between 30 and 60 minutes.

3. Initial effects & healing process

Immediately after treatment, mild swelling or redness may occur, which subsides quickly. Some patients notice a feeling of tightening immediately following the treatment. Over the subsequent weeks, results continue to improve as the body produces new collagen. You can typically return to your normal daily routine within one to two days.

Results & longevity – When will changes become visible?

Initial improvements are often visible within a few days. Skin tightening and contour enhancement continue to develop over the following months as collagen production is further stimulated. The final result becomes apparent after 3 to 5 months and, with an appropriate lifestyle, can last for several years.

Further treatments within the InMode Ignite system

The InMode Ignite system offers a range of specialised treatments for skin tightening and fat reduction, tailored to different areas of the body. While AccuTite is designed specifically for fine and precise areas such as malar bags (cheekbone swelling), FaceTite is suited to larger facial areas such as the cheeks and neck. BodyTite, in turn, is used for more extensive body zones such as the abdomen, thighs, or upper arms. All treatments are based on the proven RFAL technology, yet differ in applicator size, depth of penetration, and target region.

Frequently asked questions

How many sessions are required?

In most cases, a single session per treatment area is sufficient. Where needed, and in the presence of more extensive fat deposits, a combination with mini-liposuction is possible. We will discuss this with you during your consultation.

Is AccuTite treatment painful?

Thanks to the well-tolerated local anaesthetic, most patients experience no pain during the treatment – at most a mild tingling sensation, which is generally perceived as pleasant. After the treatment, a slight feeling of tension or some swelling may occur; these typically subside within a few days.

How long does recovery take?

AccuTite is among the most gentle treatments available for skin tightening and fat reduction. Most patients are fully presentable again within 4–7 days. Swelling or minor bruising may occur but generally resolves within a week. You can support the healing process by applying moderate cooling to the treated areas and avoiding irritating skincare products or temperature extremes (e.g. sauna) for a few days.

When can I resume exercise?

Exercise should be paused for at least 1 week to avoid disrupting the healing process. This does not apply to gentle movement such as walking, which is perfectly fine throughout. Please speak with us if you are unsure.

How does AccuTite differ from other tightening treatments?

AccuTite enables precise treatment of small and sensitive areas that are difficult to reach with other methods. Compared to surgical procedures, AccuTite is minimally invasive, leaving only tiny entry points that heal quickly and become invisible.

Can AccuTite be combined with other treatments?

Yes, combining AccuTite with appropriate aesthetic treatments can further optimise results. At artethic® Dr. Schuhmann & Colleagues, we tailor the combination to the current condition of the skin. Examples include: - Morpheus8 (radiofrequency needling): Enhances collagen production and improves skin texture. - Hyaluronic acid fillers: Complement the tightening effect with targeted volume restoration. - Botulinum toxin: Reduces dynamic lines and creates an overall smoother appearance. - Biostimulators: Regenerate and rejuvenate the skin from within over the longer term, strengthening skin structure.

How soon can I return to work after AccuTite treatment?

Most of our patients are able to return to work the following day – depending on the extent of the treatment and the area treated, this may occasionally extend to two to four days. As a general guideline, we recommend allowing a few days' rest for particularly visible areas such as the chin or eyelids.
