We are looking for an experienced all-round medical professional (m/f/d)
Medical assistant or nurse with surgical experience
We are not looking for an assistant – we are looking for a proactive, reliable, and seasoned individual who keeps a clear overview and leads the medical operations of our practice. If you engage with our patients in a warm and friendly manner, coordinate workflows with composure, and bring genuine expertise, we very much look forward to receiving your application.
Your role with us
You are the central link between our doctors, the team, and our patients. For you, as for us, patients always come first.
You will plan procedures, monitor supplies and appointments, take blood samples, set up infusions, and support patients in the recovery room. And when the reception phone rings, you will handle the call with the same confidence as you would a new delivery. All-round means exactly that with us: everything under control, with heart, mind, and structure – and a sense of humour is very welcome.
What you should bring
- Qualification as a medical assistant or nurse
- Experience in theatre or a surgical setting (an absolute requirement)
- Enthusiasm for organisation, structure, and direct patient contact
- Reliability, team spirit, and excellent communication skills
- Confident use of computers, surgical documentation, and medical imaging
- Age and experience are no disadvantage here – they are expressly welcomed!
