Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)

In a Brazilian Butt Lift, we use the patient's own fat (autologous fat) to give the buttocks greater volume and a more harmonious shape. First, fat is harvested from areas where an excess exists (commonly the abdomen, waist, or thighs) using a gentle liposuction technique. The harvested fat is then carefully processed: residual blood, excess fluid, and damaged cells are removed. Depending on the method, the autologous fat is enriched with growth factors or active agents to improve skin quality. The injection is carried out in layers into the buttocks, with the fat distributed evenly in small quantities. Important: a Brazilian Butt Lift is not a conventional lift involving skin excision. No excess skin is removed. The change in shape is achieved exclusively through volume provided by injected autologous fat (microfat). The result appears very natural; a top-up procedure may be required after some time.
