Composite Facelift
What is a Composite Facelift? The Composite Facelift is a special facelift technique in which we lift several tissue layers together. Other names for this technique are the Deep Plane Facelift or SMAS Facelift. Skin, muscle and deeper fat structures are repositioned as a functional unit. The result is more durable and more natural in appearance than earlier lifts, in which only the skin itself was tightened.
