Contouring
The term contouring describes targeted modeling of the face or body through surgical or non-surgical procedures. The goal is to emphasize natural contours (jawline, cheekbones) and harmonize proportions. In the face, hyaluronic fillers, autologous fat, or modern radiofrequency procedures (e.g., Quantum RF, Morpheus 8) are often used; on the body, liposuction or combined fat reduction with tightening. Contouring itself is not a standardized procedure but an individually tailored approach requiring specialist and surgical qualification, as well as a pronounced aesthetic understanding.
