InStyle Magazine presents the vampire lift procedure, adapted for breast rejuvenation. Dr. Karl Schuhmann, a plastic surgeon in Düsseldorf, explains that this technique, previously known mainly for facial rejuvenation, can now also be used for breast firming.
According to the article, the procedure is described as "extremely low-pain", as no foreign substances are injected. Irritation is comparable to mild skin burning. Anaesthesia is not required; a numbing gel can be applied upon request.
In sensitive patients, mild bruising or swelling may occur, which typically subsides within a few days. As a rule, no medical follow-up treatment is required.
