Surgeons Donate Holiday Time for Emergency Aid in India
WAZ Bochum, 17 February 2018
Dr. Karl Schuhmann and Dr. Michael Ptok led a medical mission to Bangalore, India, where they worked alongside a team of 10 doctors. The group focused on surgical procedures for burn victims with scar contractures and patients with cleft lip and palate conditions.
The doctors donated their holiday time to provide this humanitarian medical assistance.
