Abdominoplasty

Abdominoplasty, also known as a tummy tuck, is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and tightens the abdominal muscles. It is commonly performed after significant weight loss, pregnancies, or age-related sagging of the abdominal wall. When there is significant excess skin, contours typically cannot be improved through exercise or diet alone. The incision usually runs above the pubic hairline, positioned so the scar remains hidden by swimwear. Over time, the scar may fade.
