Expression Lines
Expression lines develop through repeated movements of facial muscles, for example when laughing or frowning. Typical expression lines include crow's feet (wrinkles at the outer corner of the eye), forehead lines, or frown lines. Botulinum toxin (a muscle relaxant) can reduce muscle activity and smooth wrinkles for a certain period. Deep wrinkles can additionally be filled with hyaluron. Treatment of expression lines is not permanent; a touch-up after several months is recommended to maintain the result.
