The Super Extended Facelift is a special variant of the facelift and an option for rejuvenation in cases of severe skin laxity. Here, deeper structures (SMAS) are released and repositioned over a larger area. This allows significant tightening of the midface and neck as well as the temple and forehead region. However, the procedure involves longer recovery time and increased surgical requirements.
