When it comes to naturally rejuvenated skin, it is above all combinations – alongside the right treatment technique – that make the subtle difference. The right combination amplifies its effects mutually – just as with Sculptra® and NCTF®.
Both approaches are minimally invasive, meaning the active substances are introduced into the skin using the finest needles: directly beneath the skin surface and into deeper layers. The result is firmer, more vital skin – particularly in the medium and long term.

Sculptra®
Poly-L-lactic acid acts deep within the dermis. Stimulates collagen and firms tissue for greater elasticity and structure.
NCTF®
Active ingredient complex comprising hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants. Improves hydration, elasticity and cellular metabolism at the skin surface.

Both procedures share the same goal: stimulating skin regeneration, albeit in different ways:
Sculptra® (Poly-L-Lactic Acid)

NCTF® (New Cellular Treatment Factor)

The combination is particularly suited to patients who desire a subtle yet effective skin enhancement.
The skin appears fresher and more plump in a shorter space of time. A welcome side effect: a visibly fresh glow on the skin surface.
Sculptra® develops its effect more gradually, but lasts up to two years (depending on skin condition). NCTF® provides additional stabilisation.
The result remains very natural: no overcorrections; the skin looks alive and healthy.
In addition to the combination with NCTF®, further combinations are possible depending on skin condition and your personal wishes – for example with thread lifting or radiofrequency treatments (Quantum RF Face). Frequently Asked Questions
When do the first results appear?
As a rule, we see an improvement very quickly – often after just a few weeks. The skin looks fresher and more even. A fine glow, improved circulation, and the light smoothing effect from the intensive hydration (NCTF®) are usually visible immediately after the treatment. The deeper firming effect, a result of the biostimulator Sculptra®, develops gradually over approximately three to four months.
How many treatments are necessary?
This depends on the individual skin appearance and the extent of skin ageing. Sometimes a single session is sufficient; in other cases we recommend a course of treatments at intervals of several weeks.
Is the combination suitable for all skin types?
As a rule, the combination is well tolerated. To answer this question with certainty, we carry out a skin analysis and a specialist medical consultation prior to every treatment. Both minimally invasive approaches are particularly suitable for dry and mildly lax skin, for fine lines, and also for sensitive skin.
Can the combination replace a facelift?
Both treatments represent a gentle, subtle skin rejuvenation and improvement. They do not replace a surgical facelift with significant skin tightening. Depending on skin condition and personal treatment goals, Sculptra® and NCTF® – as well as further skin boosters or radiofrequency applications – can be a worthwhile complement that prolongs or supports the effects of a facelift.
