In the USA it is different, as Dr. Karl Schuhmann knows: "There, people do not mind that a procedure is visible and that it is expressed. Some even want that." In Germany, nobody is keen to be asked about a possible operation. "Only about a fresh appearance. The result should suggest that one has just returned from a relaxing holiday – and not from the surgeon."
